Unbelievably over and above expectations. Around 2:30 pm on 12/11/25 we had a problem with a tire on a utility trailer while driving on I-20 Billy Hayes came to our location and determined that studs and lug nuts needed to be replaced He made multiple trips and phone calls to locate what we needed. After all that unfortunately our spare did not fit and we needed a new wheel. He searched tirelessly until he found what we needed, made the trip to pick it up and returned to install the wheel; all the while checking in to update us on the situation and checking to see that we were okay. I called because my husband needed his truck towed and Billy answered the phone. He was nice and very responsive. They had a tow truck to my husband in less than 30 minutes and where we needed it to be in less than 50 minutes! He was also very reasonably priced. I would definitely use this company again.

We were traveling through Mississippi on our way to the Florida keys, with our travel trailer. Our trailer tire sheared off the lugs and left us stranded on the side of highway 20. Down to one lane with just enough room on the start of the exit ramp to not block traffic. Called around and Joe’s was the only one to answer. He asked for details, and photos because we were too large to load on a truck. Joe arrived very quickly with a wheel hub taken off an existing trailer he had. I called Joe’s towing and auto this morning because my car was running hot on the way to work. I needed it towed to the dealership in Vicksburg from Bovina. Billy got there fast, hooked up, and was ready to go. He sat with us until our ride got there! I’d definitely recommend anyone needing a tow to call! Definitely the best!
