Joe & his team are absolutely amazing!!! I called them about an urgent issue with my laptop because they were local and had such great reviews. As a small business owner myself, I love supporting other small businesses and when I say I needed my laptop serviced yesterday, I mean it!
I dropped it off around 10:30 AM, and by 11:30 AM it was already fixed and ready for pickup. Joe’s customer service, communication, and quick turnaround truly blew me away.
Highly recommend professional, reliable, and caring. They’ve definitely earned a customer for life!

Went to Joe's to get a cracked screen on a laptop repaired. Joe explained the process to fix and looked up the parts needed online while I waited. The cost was prohibitive with a new screen so Joe checked Ebay for a used laptop that might work. We decided not to repair because the laptop is still working and the cost was too high for the part.
Even though I didn't go forward with the repair, Joe was nice enough to clean my laptop before I left. Will definitely come back here with any other computer problems. He seemed super busy too. The phone didn't stop ringing and by the time I left there were 3 people waiting to see him.
