Have a 12 year old Dell desktop. Never had an issue until a couple of months ago. Wouldn't launch, tried everything. Had two IT pros look at it they couldn't fix it. Was about to toss it when I read some of the reviews for Joe's. Figured why not? Brought it in, less than a week later they'd fixed it. Price was worth it and I would recommend Joe's in a heartbeat.
Great people, perry was very knowledgeable and mannered. Great communication, fast and professional service. Not much more you can ask for.
I had a great experience at Joe's when I brought my computer in for a hardware issue related to the power strip. The staff was incredibly helpful and professional. They took the time to clearly explain what the possible issues were and walked me through my best options for getting it fixed. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for great customer service and reliable computer repair!
Joes does a fantastic job at a really reasonable price. I was so frustrated with the issues I was having with a new laptop that I was considering returning it to the manufacturer. Joes very quickly addressed my issues and I am a happy laptop user again. They are awesome!
