With some troubleshooting, we initially thought the problem was going to be much more expensive. However, after they painstakingly chased down the root of the problem, Joe's ended up saving me a ton of money in the end! If I can't do it, Joe's will always have my business! Great people and honest!!
My fiancé and I were in ND for a long summer season. We brought our jeep into another auto shop, and ended up with more problems than before. We took it over to joes and they fixed everything that was wrongly replaced and more! We’ve come back to joes a few times since and they’re seriously just the kindest folks. They text us about work that needs to be done and we can easily just text back yes or no. We’re leaving town soon, and I wish we could pack up Joes and take them with us!!
We were staying in Medora for the weekend, our jeep started making noises so we called Monday morning to see if they could look at it. They said to be there in an hour. They diagnosed the problem (fortunately nothing major) and had us back on the road in an hour. Great service all around. Highly recommend them.
The only reason I'm giving a 1 star is because the lady that runs the front was nice and tried to be helpful but the rest of my experience was a nightmare. I took my vehicle in because my heat was only blowing through my defrost and floor but not through the vents and I had a check engine light. Don't even waste your time with that type of diagnostic request they clearly have no clue about things like that. I picked up my car after hours after giving the ok for the repairs, $287 worth. Got in my car no heat blowing they didn't even check to see if the issue was resolved after replacing my actuator door. Had to wait another week for them t... Had to wait another week for them to get me back in and say oh sorry it's the rear actuator door. Paid $480+ to get that replaced just for my heat to start blowimg ice cold air a few days later. Took it back now this is my 3rd trip "the part was faulty they say" replaced no charge. So this worked about for about 5 days then it started blowing cold air again and now I can hear the components shifting when I turn from heat to defrost. This is Dec and Jan freezing weather and now I have no heat at all, blowing just cold air and I'm out $770. The 4th time I took it back they said it was another part that was the issue and I just refused service. I have never in my life dealt with such incompetence. Do not take your car there if you expect to get results. The worst automotive repair situation I've ever encountered.
The entire process was easy, I felt confident and assured every step of the way, they communicated with me at every step of the process, and they were QUICK!!! I am very satisfied with the work they performed, and I feel comfortable with the warranty on the repairs. I will be bringing and trusting them with any mechanical work I need done in the future.
