Above and beyond service! My son’s 2004 Grand Am driver window went down and would not close up. It’s a Friday afternoon and the plan is for my son to drive home for winter break from ETSU back to Raleigh. I called Joe, and he said he would take care of my son. He was able to get the parts the next day to start the work. On Saturday, he ran into issues, but worked until 11:30 pm on a Saturday to finish the job. On top of all of this, he offered my son a discount.😳 Nothing but good to say about the entire experience. Joe is passionate about helping people and it shined through for us. Thank you many times over Joe!

My nephews truck broke down in a parking lot. I was looking for automotive shops near by when I came across Joe’s business. Out of all the parking lots around I’m thankful that he broke down there because Joe is absolutely amazing. I’m always scared taking vehicles to shops because I never really know if they are going to be honest about what’s wrong or overcharge, but Joe isn’t like that at all. He got the truck in THE SAME DAY, and even STAYED LATE just to get it done. The pricing was more than fair and he even has discounts for military and several other occupations.
