I was very pleased with the work they did. They were honest with what I needed. I would recommend and I would hire them again. I thought my tub needed deglazing. It was a two year old tub that the previous owner had spilled cleaner. The tub looked streaked. Lisandro came and after he cleaned it it looked great. I didn’t need to reglaze. Thank you for your honesty and good work.
J M turned an ugly, stained concrete countertop into a thing of beauty! The new look totally elevated the look of our kitchen and provided a stunning, useful workspace. JM sent someone to my home who did not complete the refinishing. I was getting my bathtub refinished and the technician left it feeling gritty and allowed dried droplets to form around the tub. The work was bad and he showed little to no care. The technician also completely destroyed our new shower drain and the company, to this day, still doesn't care or take accountability. We reached out, peacefully, to try to get someone back to fix it. It took WEEKS to get someone to even answer us and schedule the work. WEEKS. We were not made to feel like a priority at all. The second technician eventually came back and informed us that the tub neede... JM sent someone to my home who did not complete the refinishing. This means the original technician missed steps in addition to ruining the brand new drain. I will add that they do not come in with shoe covers or floor protection. This is North Jersey and there is salt all over the roads and driveways... The technician thought he was going to walk through my clean home with his dirty shoes. I work in the trades. I buy booties for my client's homes. They are not expensive. We will not be calling in the future.
