The nice gentleman who towed my car from Happy Valley to Otis was INCREDIBLY fast and helpful! He also looks and sounds like James Gammon in Major League. ☺️ Fast, friendly service is really hard to find in Carlsbad nowadays. We'll definitely be calling JK again if we need any of their services.
We were away from home and our regular resources when we had an unexpected need for a mechanic. We had heard horror stories of poor service and long waits for repairs due to the overwhelming demand for mechanics in Southern NM. I contacted JK Auto and Diesel and was thrilled when they were able to tow and repair our vehicle within 4 days, including the shipment of parts unavailable locally. Jason was very helpful in diagnostics and extremely fair on pricing. I would gladly recommend this fine business for your needs. My husband commutes to Carlsbad for work and we plan to have some other needed work done on our vehicle at JK Auto and Diesel b... We had a very positive towing experience. Tony was our driver. Our truck and camper overheated in Orlando, TX. They were responsive and told us when they would be there as we were about an hour from Carlsbad. They loaded the truck into a flatbed and towed the camper. They did not price gouge either considering the tow was 60 miles to Carlsbad.
Very un-human. Worst ever. Would not allow me get all my Christmas gifts out of my truck in their yard. Owner even hung up on me. Hope they had a Merry Christmas!
So My truck caught fire on way to Ruidoso New Mexico, my vehicle was towed to this man's wrecking yard apparently it was at his house and they call it their "overflow yard". Then when my sister came to pick me up on Sunday driving 6 hours, I called the man to pick up my personal possessions which they said I could do as long as I had my insurance card and proof of ownership. He told me he was at the lake on his boat and if I came out there he would have me arrested for trespassing. So two weeks later when I had to drive to El Paso to progressive secured yard I open my toolbox and every single possession in every tool I had was stolen out of t... I am currently calling the State Police to investigate them, apparently the sheriff's department in that county is under investigation for corruption as well. All of my tools that I use to make a living were gone and my insurance does not cover it whatever you do if you ever get towed to this yard make sure you take everything you want or own because they will pick it clean. Just like a pack of dogs on a three-legged cat. I would give this review zero stars if I could. Don't get caught up like I did with this horrible horrible individual and company.
