John saved my Macbook! After what I found out to be severe water damage that happened in March - John had my Mac up & running within a week. It had been off since March & I took it to John the first week of September. His customer service, communication and pure skill were all a 10/10. I highly recommend if you're experiencing any trouble with your devices.
