Jiffy Lube Oil Change and Repair

I love this Jiffy Lube. I always get promp service and the guys are always knowledgeable and friendly. When I need a service they let me know and when the fluids look good they dont try to sell me on a product I dont need just yet. Definitely recommend getting the 3 pack of oil changes in a package its the best deal ever.

Caldwell Jiffy lube guys are awesome! Mark always makes me feel like family, and everyone who helps out is so knowledgeable and kind. This is the only shop I go to for my oil change needs! Keep up the great work guys!

I told the guys I was in a hurry and they didn't disappoint. I wondered about the recommendation to change tansfer case fluid but decided to trust these guys to be telling the truth since, to my knowledge, it has never been changed in my 2011 SUV and they said existing fluid was black. Very happy with the cust service person who explained things well, spotted a tiny windshield chip and filled it. Also very happy with the friendly, knowledgeable service men who changed the oil and air filter. I will go back.

Chris, Anthony, and Mark were AWESOME and took great care of my SUV. They were professional and yet fun to be around while I was waiting for my rig to get finished. Chris especially needs a raise and a promotion…and no I don’t know him personally. But Chris’s customer service was beyond great. He’s been there a long time, knows that industry very well, and would be a good leader. The owners need to promote and give raises to keep that dynamic team that was working on Sunday 10/12/25.

They really impressed me when I came into there for the first time in an old U-haul truck and they actually had the right air filter on hand. The last place had to order it. Jiffy Lube even checked my hubs. I've never seen anyone do that. I was truly impressed. A++
