Thank you Tommy for coming over to fix our dishwasher! So far its been working great. Great guy to talk to with too and also gave me a lot of advices on how to operate and take care of our appliances.
Very bad service from thus place do to the christmas holidays these people did not want to come fix my dryer i went the whole christmas holidays without a dryer they claim the party were not in if the ordered them on the 10th of december and now its the 25th and we still have no dryer very bad service... I do not recommend this place for anyone... VERY POOR SERVICE!!!!!
This place is not honest! It is the worst service I've ever had. They charged expensive diagnosis fees but reported wrong issues in order for me to pay for unnecessary repairs. Because their quote was ridiculously high, I had to research myself and solved the fridge problem by de-icing. There wasn't anything broken as they told me.

Last Thursday was the second time we used J&H. It is a truly excellent company. After I called customer service, they arranged for a technician to come the very next day. The response was very fast. The technician Salmon and Connor were very professional and had a great attitude. It is really a wonderful company that puts customers first!
Salomon was super helpful and super nice Make sure you ask for him when you schedule a service appointment!
Sent out technicians twice first technician identified the incorrect problem. Second technician installed the incorrect part and on top of that they’re making us wait for apart. That wasn’t even the issue in the first place we had a private company come out and check out the bridge and they found the problem instantly and got it working within an hour and 30 minutes. JH appliance has lasted over three weeks without repairing our fridge and their customer service is horrible. I would not recommend this to anyone. Service is horrible.
Jonathan serviced my washing machine and he's very efficient! Ordered the parts needed and fixed it first thing in the morning. Highly recommend!!!
