I’ve always being treated with patience since I don’t know anything about electronics, they explain to me well and answer my questions. everyone is always respectful and professional in a good mood and the prices are very fair. My phones screen blacked out and having absolutely no knowledge about phones i felt very nervous. It's sat had a trip that day ,went to the xfinity store to purchase a phone and thought my problem was resolved. They told they couldn't transfer the information to my knew phone since the old phone died . He suggested to go to Jet city to fix my phone to transfer the information to my new phone. I thought I will have to leave it for a few days, nope the nicest guy started working on it immediately and in one hour it was fixed, all the storage was transferred to my new phone for a reasonable price. Jet City replaced the battery on our old iPhone 12 Pro Max. They informed us of possible complications that can arise and gave us options of how to handle it if that came up. I really appreciated knowing the risks in advance and being able to decide if I would want to proceed with addl repairs if needed or not. The repair went well with no complications or addl repairs needed. They were done in the amount of time they stated (1 hr since they had another repair going at the moment). They were friendly, informative, efficient and the new battery has had no issues. Overall really great job! 10/10 would recommend!
