This Dad and Lad crew are the best pumpers in town. They took care of my and my septic when I needed it the most. During the time of service, the city waste water plant was shut down. They kept me informed and acted immediately as the plant opened for deposits. I am 110% satisfied with their service and they received the same score when I used them in the past as well.

I called weds and set up for services on Friday afternoon. They never showed or answered the phone all day.

I wasn’t expecting a good response when I called Jess Pumping Service. To my surprise, I learned that they are under new ownership. The young lady that answered the phone was very professional and polite. I explained to her my needs for my septic to be cleaned out and the day and time I needed it done. I left my call back information with her and received a call back with in the same day. After speaking with the gentleman who was going to be come to my home to pump out my septic tank. These guys were extremely professional! They even helped us get our big gate open without complaint. They also gave some additional advice on our tank and sold us parts that we needed for a fair price. Definitely recommend them. They were courteous and easy to work with.

spotless equipment. Andy and Tommy were hard workers and did far more than our previous company. they showed me the beginning and end of the process. it was way better than I had seen before. even my big dog 150 lb mutt, Jerimiah loved these guys. I highly recommend them. I am in the Bushland area. My plumber recommended them based on what his customers told him.
