Zero stars deserved. My boyfriend purchased a washer on December 16th, it was delivered and installed and never worked from the beginning. They were supposed to come swap it for a different washer and never did. They never reached back out and ignored all calls and texts. My boyfriend called again 2 weeks ago and finally got an answer and was told again they would send someone out the following day and never did. I have texted multiple times and have not received a response even though I can see my messages are being read. Will be placing a complaint with the BBB, thats if they even have a license. My parents took their washer to this man to repair. He returned their washer not working and leaking with a big dent. We have tried calling him and he had promised to come fix it but he never showed up!

I was looking everywhere for a refrigerator and Jeremiah’s Appliances was refereed to me twice so I decided to go there and it was the best experience I had the entire week of shopping for a fridge. I had been to Lowe’s, Home Depot and 2 other used dealers looking for what best meet my needs and my budget with no success until I went here. He was very knowledgeable in regards to the different brands and what functions each if them had. I settled on a very beautiful huge refrigerator and I couldn’t be happier! Not only did I purchase one from him but he also delivered it and brought it in the house for free! I just purchased a 2020 Samsung washer & dryer set from Jeremiah today. From the time I called him yesterday to the time I finished the purchase today he was amazing!As a single mom w two kids, I needed a new washer and dryer asap! He met my budget & gave me an amazing deal! Not only a great deal but free delivery and he covered the installation fee for me because it wasn't in my budget! And delivery is next day! His customer service and the way he handled me as a customer definitely deserves 5 stars. I would recommended anyone I know to purchase from him. Thank you Jeremiah!!
