Jenskis is a great Shop. Randy personally trouble shot my truck and did so very professionally, and I love the fact that it is veteran owned. I have brought my truck to this place several times and have had nothing but good business with them.

I will back up the claim of not being an honest shop. They took my truck for a 6 mile joyride. Simply was there to change my studs for summer tires. The paperwork they gave me conveniently didn't add such mileage. Same miles in same miles out. I take a picture of my dash everytime I drop my truck off anywhere. 6 miles were added. Lady at the front lied and said oh they just had to make sure it was all good. Oh well then why lie on the paperwork? Also 6 miles is a long distance of making sure.

My fuel pump went out at the gas station, I was stuck. I called all around town and was told it would be two weeks. I asked a few Veterans and they said in the MatSu Valley, choose Jenski. I called and Hope set me up with a same day drop off.....the truck was finished the very next day! Glad I gave them a call!

This outfit lied to me about the condition of my battery and when I called them on it they decided they didnt want to work on my rig. So I had to have it towed a second time and wait another week to get it worked on
