If I could give zero stars I definitely would. Service tech came out to fix our dishwasher but did not hook it back up properly and ended up flooding our kitchen floors and ruining them. Jeffery’s refuses to reimburse us for our loss. They also falsely told their insurance company that there was corrosion on our dishwasher after the second time they came back to fix the leak they caused. When they first came out they did not mention anything about corrosion or a leak. Now we have to live with ruined kitchen floors or pay out of our pocket for something we did not cause. We’ve been misled, lied to and will never use this company again. My reco...If I could give zero stars I definitely would. My washer and my range stop working properly so I called Jeffery’s Appliance and they sent out David. He was a very thorough very nice man. he diagnosed the problem however he didn’t have the parts so the second visit was from Fiona. She knew exactly what was going on and did a great job. My washer works fantastically and also my range. I’m very impressed with both of them. Thank you for Sending me two very wonderful people.

Researched & found we needed new contol board for a Whirlpool Washer. Had a technician from Jeffreys appliance to confirm needed part. The technician ask how old washer is, told him 10 yrs never any problems , we take bedding & rugs to laundromat just mine & my husbands clothes only go in there! The tech then uses ALL his body weight & forcefully pushes on the agitator causing it to go down 8-10 inches then pump it like hes plunging a toilet not only twice showing me but 2 more times showing my husband to convince us we needed new springs. Tech also told us it'd be 3-4 weeks to get back & install control board part. We purchased a new contro...Researched & found we needed new contol board for a Whirlpool Washer. Had a technician from Jeffreys appliance to confirm needed part. We purchased a new control board (costing us for the part & to install ourselves $225.10), recalibrated it & while in wash cycle terrible grinding noise started that was never there before Jeffreys tech came out. Had another appliance repair co come out Sat 12/20/25 & found we now need to have new bearings installed at another est $600. This tech said a knowledgeable licensed appliance repair man knows that applying excessive, forceful
pressure beyond normal operating
conditions could potentially damage or
dislodge components, especially if done
repeatedly or with extreme force, that normally hands are placed on each side of wash tub then press down to test springs. Needless to say we bought a new washer Saturday night. Called Mon 12/22 Jeffreys Appliance talked to Matt asst manager. Explained situation. I believe it was the fault of Jeffreys technician & should be reimbursed for:
Technician Service $ 114.40
New Control Board $ 225.10 (that was useless after Jeffreys technicians actions)
New comparable Washer & 690.76
For a total of $1030.26.
If Jeffreys technician didnt try to upsale us springs using extreme force to the wash tub, new bearings would not have been needed & I would have not needed to purchase new washer.
