I had someone come out before JD that was skilled in this business, and they said they wouldn’t touch it and that I needed new sliders; I have 5 in total. I found JD on line and saw all of the positive reviews so I called; he came out, and he said, “No problem, I’ve seen worse.” He added, “By the time I’m through, you will be able to open them with just a slight nudge of your finger. He was right! After he left, I kept doing it in amazement. JD worked confidently, quickly and the price was so much less than what I expected. Excellent service on our 3-panel slider in Sarasota. We have an older door, and after I knocked it off the tracks, I assumed we’d need a full replacement. Before going that route, I decided to try a repair instead—and I’m glad I did.
JD came to our condo just a few days later and replaced all the rollers. Now the doors glide effortlessly with just a push of a finger. He probably saved us over $10,000 by repairing instead of replacing the doors.
He also replaced the handle and lock, and everything now works like new. Highly recommend.
