I made a purchase online that I needed to return. I went to the counter and Victor said he would help me. I explained I made the purchase online. He asked for the packing slip which was not sent with my purchase. I told Victor he could find it on my card. He responded " I don't know how to do that " Victor proceeded to get an attitude. He asked me questions I had no answer to like what brand boots did you buy with this. What was the total purchase price. I had made 3 different online purchases in the past couple weeks so I couldn't remember. The tag was on the dress all he had to do was scan it. Which is what he ended up doing.

I'm sorry Victor if you have no clue how to do your job, that was not my fault. My advice to you is....treat customers better because if we quit coming in, there will be no need for you.

Took my husband and son to the salon to get their hair cuts. We paid $45 and still had to come home and fix their hair ourselves. We gave them very thorough instructions and they still didn't do it right even after having them try to fix it. We were given the explanation of "it will lay better and look right after you shower and wash your hair". Needless to say we were not satisfied at all.

Went to the checkout to see if the coupon would work on a shirt I was going to purchase. Yes it would. Gave it to the cashier. Looking at the receipt ask for them to explain where the coupon came off. The guy that wears the beanie hat said oh well you bought clearance items it won’t work. I told him I bought a shirt that my 15$ coupon would work on. He passed us back to the cashier. She looked at the receipt and said I told her to use the 35% off not the 15$. I did not. Anyway neither of the coupons came off. Told her to return it all and repurchase it using the coupon. I believe they deliberately did this so I could not use my coupon. It’s a Penny’s thing to mess with you. I left most of my items at the store. They could have overrode the machine or found a way to help me out but no. He blew me off and was on his phone leaving the cashier without help. Shame on you customer service at Penny’s Russellville, AR. I have had trouble at that store before and will go elsewhere where before going back.

Nice cashier returned an online order item that didn't fit. Store was clean and tidy! Walked around to find husband and was greeted by 3 different employees saying good morning and was there anything they could help me find? Great customer service!!
