JC Heating & Cooling came out immediately when I needed them most. They were so pleasant and professional on the phone, and their customer service was absolutely amazing. The entire experience was smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate their responsiveness and highly recommend them!
These guys are the real deal. They showed up in under 2 hours and were very professional. Since I’m new to oil heating, I really appreciated them taking the time to educate me on how the system works. They provided extra help at no cost to make sure I was taken care of - 5 stars for honesty and speed!
John is by far the best service technician I have ever had come to the house, in over 36 years and several other companies. He was on time, polite, explained everything he was doing, and also showed me a few things along the way. I recently had to have my oil-fueled boiler replaced. It was a substantial effort, accommodated at the last minute during the very busy time before Thanksgiving. The JC Heating team did a fantastic job, leaving the site clean and the system up and running. They also followed a couple of days later to make sure that everything was working well. Highly recommended company.
