Install of Goodman AC and handler was great. The installers were professional and polite. Installers also did a great job of cleaning up after the installation.

Our heat pump failed on one of the coldest nights of the year. Jay’s H&C was out the next day. Since our unit was 20 years old, we decided to replace it. The Service Manager and Owner were very helpful in advising and guiding me to the best replacement system to serve my long term needs (performance and cost). I felt that they always had my best interests at hand. The installation went very well, and I’m very satisfied with our new heat pump. I’ll add that the communications and follow up from Aleks and her Office Team were excellent, including outside business hours. This company sincerely cares about its customers.
