I can’t say enough good things about JAX Appliance Repair. They’re reliable, courteous, and incredibly knowledgeable. A top-notch company that I’ll gladly work with again.

On Friday afternoon (10/17/25), I called Jax Appliance Repair and explained how my RV washer/dryer combo was leaking water. I was told someone would come out the next day. Mario (owner) arrived promptly at 9:30am and we discussed the washer issues. After 1.5 hours, he had inspected, checked everything and run several wash cycles. The leak appeared fixed. The cost was reasonable and he offered a 30 day warranty on his work. Mario & his wife own & operate this small business. He stated he has over 10+ years experience working on appliances. They were supposed fix a fridge under warranty, 3 weeks later and no call back, no update Assurant had to send another company and its Thanksgiving no fridge! Thanks Jax Appliance!!!

Mario did a heck of a job fixing my built in microwave oven that I thought I was gonna have to replace because of an outrageous quote by another company. They did it for a fraction of the cost, quickly, efficiently and most importantly, professionally. Definitely recommend!

Mario booked me an appointment within 24 hours to diagnose and repair my leaky freezer. He was very professional and got right to work resolving the leak, which ended up being a clog in the drain and a misaligned drain tube. I do recommend him and will continue using Jax appliance repair in the future

Terrible. No communication. No show for first appointment, scheduled 2nd appointment and no show for that one either. No communication either. Waste of time.
