The roofing crew, led by Rich Stevens, was cheerful, respectful, and sang a lot, despite the hot, hot weather. They were patient with our visiting 6-year-old grandson who wanted to be in the middle of everything. One morning they were greeted by a bear when they arrived at 6:30– the bear was sitting right outside the barn door happily eating some bird seed he’d found. Needless to say, they stayed in their trucks until the bear decided to leave. We are very pleased with the finished product, and our 1909 barn should now last at least 100 more years. Thank you!

Jancewicz removed & replaced 5,000 sq ft of asphalt shingle roof for me this fall. They fit me in before winter which was my priority - they were timely and responsive throughout the project which included different teams (roofers, carpenters, gutter people), navigated a steep, curvy driveway, and were patient with my requests that extra special attention be paid to nails and debris. Their proposal was accurate, they accommodated changes, and their accounting was also accurate. I would certainly use them again.
