I called this place to figure out why a water softener we have is overflowing. I called them on the recommendation of someone who knew they were the ones who installed it initially. I was told that I would be charged an hourly rate of $95.00 starting when they leave the office AS WELL AS a mileage fee of .95/mile. I live 40 miles away from their office. I thought that was pretty greedy, but we needed it done so I agreed. Then I was told that they won't go that far unless they have other jobs in the area to do as well. My sewer drain was backing up into my house, after calling numerous plumbers they were either busy, or didn’t call back. I called Jaimeson & Marshall out of Condon, they were prompt and very professional working on my sewer drain same day that afternoon. The blockage was a lot worse then expected, but these guys were determined to get it fixed coming back the next day to see it through! I highly recommend these guys and will use them again in the future for all my plumbing needs.

For a local plumbing/heating company located in a small town (620 pop) these people ROCK. I went on a trip to Mexico and came home in the middle of a February blizzard. My furnace had stopped working. Jamieson and Marshall came out immediately, ordered the new furnace, .drove to Portland (170 miles one way) to get it, and had the old one removed, new high efficiency one installed, within 3 days. My well quit. Jamieson and Marshall were out the same day to run the fault. Discovered the pump had quit, and were out the next day to replace it. Awesome. Then my septic commenced to overflowing. Once again Jamieson & Marshall has been there for me! I had a water heater go out, I called first thing Tuesday morning, and they were at my house within an hour to fix my problem. I am so appreciative of their kindness and professionalism!

I called to get our furnace fixed and they had someone there that morning to diagnose the problem. They got the parts and had it fixed the very next day. Very satisfied.
