Great local shop that works with you to get the job done. They are priced well and also assisted with towing my car when the engine coils went out. Great owners and customer service. The only reason I can't give them 5 stars is because I would not recommend them for Volvos (which is what I drive). When they replaced my engine coils and plugs, they did not keep the area clear from debris, causing me to have to get belts and such replaced much sooner than I should have from another shop due to damage. Euro cars are finicky, so I don't fault them for it, but it's better to find a European/foreign car friendly shop if that's the kind of car you h...Great local shop that works with you to get the job done. I've been a consistent customer at Jaffe's Automotive for over a year now, and I couldn't be happier with their service. From my Honda Accord '06 to my Volkswagen Jetta 2017, they've expertly fixed every issue my vehicles have had. What really sets them apart is their clarifying communication; they always inform me of the problem, potential causes, and necessary repairs, patiently answering any questions I may have. I also deeply appreciate their cost-efficient prices for parts and their honesty in never trying to oversell on car fixtures. It's genuinely great to have such a trusting and reliable auto mechanic team I can count on for all my c...I've been a consistent customer at Jaffe's Automotive for over a year now, and I couldn't be happier with their service.
