I walked in was having problems with my wife’s Wi-Fi card on her desktop. As we were standing there, I figured out that there was a broken antenna The technician also saw this. He still tried to sell me a “new” Wi-Fi card they had sitting on the shelf it looked like it had been there for years. They couldn’t even find drivers for it to make it work in our computer. Then charged me $95 which he did not inform me, of before he started working on it. They ended up selling me some antennas at the end which is all that I should’ve been charged for in the first place. Needed a standard 12V power cord for our modem (we lost ours), what I believe was the manager gave us an up front price for $50 and asked a worker to go find one. These power cords go for $10 at Walmart. An extreme upcharge for something this simple. We walked out and went to the Xfinity across the street and they gave us a power cord for free. Beware of this place, they seem to prey on people unfamiliar with tech and the average price of items, especially after reading some of the other reviews. I would highly recommend the tech shop "Arbor Computers" that's just a few miles away.
