Communication was excellent. Service was outstanding. They were able to squeeze me in on pretty short notice, which was greatly appreciated. They showed up on time, worked quick and efficiently, and left the space clean. I would absolutely use Jacobs Property Solutions again in the future and would not hesitate to recommend them for oil tank removal.
They cut the wrong pipe and said nothing about. As a result my home was unable to receive an oil delivery until the pipe was replaced. Instead of owning it and making it right they chose to deny it. Accidents and mistakes happen, but it’s how you respond to them that matters. Zero stars for lack of character and integrity.
