Appreciate the good work, rapid response and generally all around great customer service.

NO SHOW!! Had an appt for 6/2 with a 'Christian' at noon. I put his name in quotes cause he could have lied about his name in addition to lying about showing up! Guess what? He did NOT SHOW nor CALL!! I despise when contractors make appointments only to have potential customers adjust their schedules only to be deceived. I should have known something was amidst when I had to call them 3 times and left 3 messages before I was finally able to speak to a 'human.' If you cannot make it, then let the customers know! It is just being a professional.

I just had a galvanized fence installed and couldn’t be happier! The price was fair, the job was done perfectly, and the crew was fantastic—professional, friendly, and efficient. Everything was completed on time and exactly as promised. I highly recommend them for anyone needing a quality fence installation!

I'm very pleased with the fence and gates they installed for me. Last year I had a fence installed by a large company and had a horrible experience, Jacob Fence and Gate put them to shame. Don't bother with anyone else if high quality, fair price and no BS sales tactics are important to you. The same guy (Christian) who bid the job was also installing it with the crew. I'll update my review if it doesn't hold up but I'm confident in their quality. Thanks guys, excellent job.

Had 4 fence posts replaced; they came out the same day I called & repaired same day. What a peace of mind to have my fence fixed! I would recommend this company.

The gusty winds blew down a section of my cedar fence. Called around (including the company that did the original installation 6 years ago) and was told no one was available until Monday morning. Called Jacob Fence and Gate, had their crew out and replaced 2 posts within a couple hours. Job was completed quickly and efficiently, paid through Zelle, was sent a receipt and very satisfied. Work is guaranteed for a year.

So impressed! Part of our fence needed repair after a few posts snapped in high winds and they were able to come out right away. They were friendly, worked quickly to install new posts (in the rain!), and left the area in much better condition than they found it in.

They did a great job for us in Riverside, IL. We had a fence damaged from gusty winds and needed 5 posts replaced on our fence. They were very quick, efficient, communicated well and did a great job. We will definitely recommend them to our friends and family.
