I hired Rick to install a tile backsplash in my kitchen a while back. I like his attention to detail and his workmanship so well that I have asked him to completely remodel my master bathroom. He starts Monday. The bathroom tile work is completed. Rick did a fantastic job. He really takes pride in his workmanship. I will ask him to do my other bathroom in a couple of months.
Rick has a lot of experience and is very thorough with his work. Our foundation was not smooth or perfectly level so he took the extra steps to prepare the floor and make the tile job come out amazing. He is very organized and keeps his work area clean every day. He gladly answers any questions or concerns you have about the job and gives an honest and detailed answer. On top of his skills, Rick is really friendly person to be around which makes the process even smoother! Thank you for doing such a wonderful job and we look forward to enjoying it for many years to come!

Jacksonville Tile Pro helped us remove a walk in tub and create an ADA accessible shower in the same space.... We couldn't have been more pleased with the result. Rick was awesome to work with from estimate to the completion of the project.
