Jackson's Complete Auto Care Springfield

Excellent and fast service! I took my 4Runner to Jackson’s after being misdiagnosed by Toyota, and I’m so glad I did. They took the time to show me the parts they believed were damaged and clearly explained everything to me. They ended up doing my entire front end and had my 4Runner back to me in less than three weeks. Their communication and updates were amazing throughout the whole process. My vehicle drives so much better now. I will forever take my vehicles to Jackson’s! Thank you!!

We broke down on I5 and had our rig towed here. Incredible service, friendly and compassionate people. The quality of the work was amazing. They stayed late to look at our van. Came in early the next day to get started so we could get back on the road.If you’re not using these guys for your auto repair needs you should be.

I had a burned out headlight and I decided to have both headlights replaced. Jim was very polite and professional. He gave me a quoted price, which is the price I paid when the job was done. He had to order the headlights and have them delivered to his shop, and the job was still completed within a couple hours. I have dealt with this shop for many years, under different owners. It was a pleasure to do business with Jim. I will be back when I need more service!
