I thought they lifted the mask mandate but I guess not. Told me to put a mask on but his mask wasn't even on his face it was on his chin. Lead by example if that's what you want your customers to do you have to start first by wearing yours correctly sir

The owner was humorous and helpful in replacing the leather insoles of my boots. He removed the old insole, took the liner from it, then cut and glued a new leather insole to it for a perfect fit. Had it done in under 3 hours. He also removed the old polish and gave them a nice shine, all for a fair price. They look new again. Will bring my future business here for shoe repairs.

NEVER DO BUSINESS HERE! They kept my purse for 4 months. I came 4 times to the location and got the run around each time. I paid for my purse and saw a flaw in it the same day. I took my purse back and they lied about my purse being fixed. I showed up and my purse wasn’t fixed or even at the store. I showed up on the 4th time to retrieve my bag and it was poorly “fixed” and will more than likely break again with 1 use. Save yourself time and money and take it elsewhere. He was not apologetic at all. The owner was very rude. This is not how you do business especially after having someones belongings for 4 months.

I have never been so disrespected verbally in any business establishment in my entire life. Because my boots were not ready for pickup a week after being left and promised, I was yelled at because I wanted to take them with me. The elderly man insisted in a loud rude tone that I wait for him to service my boots. I kindly ask for them so that I could leave and he demanded in an angry tone that I take my boots and get out the the shop. I remind you, I had asked kindly on several occasions that he lower his voice while speaking with me as the customer. Victor, I have been informed that you are the owner.
