I was quoted over $1200, at another shop, for a muffler repair that included gaskets, a resonator pipe, catalytic converter pipe, muffler, bolts, and $220 worth of labor. I made an appointment at Jack’s for a second opinion and I am SO glad I did. Not only did he start working on my vehicle immediately, he also showed me the issues, and answered any questions I had with complete patience and extreme detail. For the SAME repairs I was initially quoted for, he only charged me $263! I cannot express how happy I am that I decided to get a second opinion. I was in and out in less than an hour, and now I’m back on the road with no exhaust issues! T...
