A beautiful experience from start to finish! Walked into Jack Lewis on a random Saturday and was immediately greeted by a friendly smile. I was introduced to Devan, again another friendly smile. Devan made this experience for me because she is so knowledgeable about the watch that I came in to see. She wasn’t dismissive she listened. She listened as I explained the specific watch configuration I was looking for. She took the time to show me all available options. It was great to see and try on everything and not feel rushed.
