Well here’s the short of the long story, me and my fiancé are from New York and we were coming back up from Florida when our drive shaft snapped on the interstate. We were screwed and needed to find a shop ASAP. So here we are stranded in West Virginia and we pull up to this shop and John took a look and took care of us. I had to have my son's Ford Ranger repaired quickly. I live out of state. John was very understanding and transparent with the repair. Sending pics and videos of what was wrong. This was a repair that his local competition had made just 2 weeks earlier. Nothing like paying for the same repair twice. J&K performed a engine replacement for me, which included the removal of the old engine and replacement with a new long block that I ordered and had shipped to their garage. Very accommodating business and pleasure to work with. The technicians take great pride in their work, and look out for their customer. Definitely recommend their services and would return if future automotive services are required.
