Hard workers!!! Installed roughly 70 feet of custom fence panels. Horizontal slated fence 7 feet high each individual slate welded individually. Along with a 14 foot wide, 7 feet high sliding gate. These men installed post welded everything and installed the operator all in 4days!

Had been working with them because the gate was not working. The technician said it was probably because of all the rain we had, that if we waited a few days the solar panel would dried out, it would probably be OK. So we waited a few days and it did not work. Called them back, and was going to replace the battery, but technician said if we wait a couple more days, it would probably be working, because it had rained again. So we decided to wait a few more days, then called Jayden to say it was still not working. She scheduled someone to come out between 8 and 10AM on November 10th. No one showed up. I called and sent texts for several days to Jayden, who did the scheduling. She did not return any calls or text. So we called Precision Garage Door of Ft. Worth, who came and did an estimate and fixed it the next day. If J&J Gates didn't want my business, she could have at least called and told me personally.

I had an appointment with this company to service my gate which was set about 2-3 weeks out. In that time, I was in contact with them on multiple occasions, even just a few days before the appointment. On the day of the appointment, they didn't arrive in the window they scheduled so I called the main number and spoke with the person I had spoken to each time, Jaden. She said they had some work run long and she would call me back. I never received a call back so I called them a few hours later. There was no answer so I left a voicemail. I didn't hear back so I sent a text message the next morning, again nothing. J & J never showed up for the appointment, which was scheduled weeks in advance, and then would no longer return my phone calls. I never did anything that would justify them not returning my calls to explain why they didn't keep their appointment.

Poor service, unprofessional, takes for ever to respond, Price ok but not worth buying from them
