Do not go to geek squad, come here first. Fast friendly and reliable service. We walked in at 4 pm with a broken PS5 and walked out at 4:30 with a working PS5. They were able to diagnose and fix the problem quickly and efficiently. They even cleaned our system and make it look brand new.

Brought my ps4 in to get repaired charged me 170 to start working on it. Next day get a call that its fixed come and pick it up. Went to pick it up brought it home plugged it in I noticed the power butting and disc drive buttons very loose like they broke so plastic pieces in it. There was a disc in it already so I just pressed play. The disc doesnt work neither any other discs, so I had to bring it back. I tell them it still doesn't work they said it's fine they'll repair it called me next day told me it was fixed I picked it up they proved their work by playing my cd that was left in there. Yes the playstation turns on but I left there with more problems than solutions.
