When something in your house breaks and you just want it to be back to normal again, you hope you find somebody good on Google search results. I am so glad that I found Jordan. I originally contacted him about our dryer having issues about a year ago. After a great repair experience on that, I recently got in touch with him again because our refrigerator was acting up. Jordan is great to communicate with, arrives quickly and on time, and has the knowledge and expertise to fix the problem. He’s our go to person for anything fix it. Thank you, Jordan!

Jordan was such a help and guide! He came to look at an older washing machine, and confirmed what I suspected was the case; it would cost more to repair than to replace. He didn't just leave though, he asked about my dryer to make sure it didn't need a repair, too. I loved being able to text — Jordan was quick to respond, friendly, and made the whole process smooth and easy (which is rare these days!).
