We recently hired J&E to install Pella Impervia windows throughout our home and a new exterior door. We’re very happy with the Pella product and would gladly recommend it. However, the installation experience with J&E was disappointing. While the installers were polite, the workmanship was substandard: sloppy exterior caulking, poorly cleaned windows, splintered and unpainted sills, missing trim pieces, and sharp unfinished metalwork on exterior windows. We highly recommend J & E Installation. We purchased our Pella windows from them. Ed was wonderful helping us choose our windows. Installers were skilled, polite, very neat & did a quality installation! The job went smooth from beginning to end. Our home looks great inside & out! We are very pleased!!

J & E Installation is wonderful to work with, this is our 3rd experience with them and we are delighted every time. We had two beautiful casement Sunrise windows installed. The installers were prompt, professional & efficient! These windows are such a beautiful enhancement to our home. Absolutely stunning!

Absolutely fantastic experience with J&E! I attempted to go with a few companies to get my front door and storm door replaced and J&E were the best choice by far! They always called me back quickly and answered all my questions along the way. Dan and Jeff provide an excellent product at competitive pricing and they’re just so nice too! The door is beautiful quality, installation was a breeze, and I would choose them again 100 times over for any future projects we might have.
