Mark was great to work with and arrived on time. He was easy to communicate with and made the process clear. Tim C. and Jay W. were very professional, courteous and punctual when they came to our home to help address water damage. We would definitely recommend J. After our initial review following our experience with Mark, Alan reached out to take a look at our project and did so within a few days. Alan and his team—specifically James and Milton—did an excellent job fixing our bathroom. Alan went above and beyond to identify the issue and had it resolved quickly. He and James even came up with the idea to add a built-in shelf, recognizing that we had no storage in the bathroom. We are extremely happy with the work done by J. Brian Day.

From start to finish this company was amazing. I contacted them because of a water leak that we have had for a long time which compromised the integrity of our house.
