If you are considering purchasing an e-bike, I highly this shop! The owners are local and very knowledgeable, the prices are phenomenal, and the experience was wonderful. I got an amazing bike for much less than I expected to pay. I'll be back when I'm ready to accessorize.
What a great experience with the electric bike shop. Edie and her husband were wonderful to work with. I needed a repair on my wife’s bike and they were very helpful. The repair cost was very reasonable and turn around time was excellent. I will definitely return with any problems or purchases . Thank you electric bike shop.
Finally, an excellent electric bike and scooter store in our Goose Creek area! The selection is incredible! They have bikes for kids, students, adults, and us grown-up “Toys R Us” kids (those of us in the 60+ age group). They have a diverse inventory of electric scooters for all ages - even for little kids. The staff at It’s Electric The e-bike Shop is awesome! They are so knowledgeable and helpful. And, unlike the e-bike I bought from the internet, this e-bike shop will repair my e-bikes themselves - right in their store - even the one I purchased from the internet! They have a decent size selection of scooters and bikes to choose from (guessing around 40ish options) catering to all needs: commuters, recreational riders, parents, thrill-seekers, on-road, off-road, full electric models, pedal-assist models, etc, and the prices accommodate a range of budgets. They also do repair and maintenance service on electric vehicles, even if you didn't purchase from them. Even though we arrived five minutes before closing, the owner Edie was incredibly welcoming. Her friendly attitude made our visit enjoyable, pressure-free, and fun! I ended up testing 3 separate scooters in the parking lot out back. It was a large area without traffic so I could do a thorough test run, get up to full speed, feel the suspension on smooth and rough gravel, etc. She was also willing to let my teen test drive as long as I was okay with it. Overall, great experience! When I save up enough for the scooter I want, I'm definitely going back to give them my business. Highly recommend! Go check it out!
