Very honest staff, great pricing, and offered me a ride back home, along with picking me back up onece the work was completed. Great customer service and communication. Work done: window regulator/new brakes/rotors on a 2009 Porsche Cayanne GTS. I will be a returning customer!
Had some work done on one of my vehicles for rear struts(Dodge Journey). Fantastic service & crew , communication was 5 star. Turn around time was great. Prices were very very competitive with options on brand parts. I trust ITrust with my vehicles and it will now be my go to mechanic shop.
I have never in my entire vehicle owner life had such an honest & reliable mechanic!!! Ever!!! Tony is accurate, helpful and so far has never done anything wrong, unexpected or without asking. His team always go out of their way to make sure I am safe. Which is weird and new to me. I am so grateful Tony takes care of me now and has been trusted for almost 5 years now. Our usual auto mechanic told us that the transmission for was likely needing repair/replacement. We chose iTrust due to their Google rating and boy, were they right! If we could give iTrust 10 stars, we would. Tony was our main point of contact and kept us updated all along way. We are so grateful for his professionalism and especially for asking us early on if we had any warranty on the car. We did! We had a 5 year extended warrant through Alpha warranty (A+ Enhanced one). Tony submitted the issues to Alpha and we were approved for iTrust to give us an entirely new transmission that comes with its own 3 year warranty. All we had to pay was a... My car wouldn’t start and they looked at my car and helped me determine it was the battery. Then helped me find a cheaper but good quality battery at O’Riley, and then installed it for me all in the same day. The guy was very nice and very straightforward. I recommend all women to come here! Felt safe and wasn’t taken advantage of.
