Alan Sharpe resolved a problem on my computer remotely, even before I met him; This was in 2021 when I had first moved into my home with a lamp, a chair and a card table. He has been helping me ever since; hardware, software, connectors, scams and access. I must add TV and related equipment to his list of help.
He is knowledgeable, patient and kind. He always arrives on time and often overstays his appointment to provide help. He is very responsive, handling my "emergencies" online when unable to come in person.
I have referred him to all of my friends. His professional service is one of the plus features in new hometown.
