Ironman Pool Fence

We had 3 estimates for our pool fence. We had a recommendation from a Foster-parent/RN that we trust to use IronMan Pool Fence (IMPF). We opted to go with IMPF because of the price and the quality of the product (galvanized posts). Other than the initial estimator/estimate that did not accurately account for the volume of work, the final product is good. I want to highlight JJ, who called me 3 times to make sure they were doing what our contract said and that we were satisfied with their business. We would use IMPF again.

Ridiculous sad experience. They could care less about customer service

We used this company about 3 years ago to install a gate for us and it was great. Karson our rep at the time was amazing and made it so easy. We wanted to get a second gate installed by them for the exact same gate. I had my wife call to get a quote and was sent a 50% increase from the previous quote. It seemed suspicious to me that it was exactly 50% from our first quote. I expected some price increase from everything going on the past few years. I called to tried to get an explanation for the new quote and the gentleman could not give any explanation to why and then wanted to offer me a discount. Got the feeling they gave my wife this quote because she was a woman. Not the same experience as before with Karson and don’t trust whoever is running it now.
