Jul 17, 2024We had our gate installed back in late 2022 and were originally happy with it but as time has passed it has been nothing but a hassle. At this point we're struggling to even get ahold of the company to come out again to fix our gate. The gate has continued to shift even after several bags of additional concrete were added, support posts were added and welding attempts were made. The posts and concrete have started to pull out of the ground with the weight of the gate because it was not correctly installed leaving us with a gate that is leaning in on itself. We paid this company serval thousand dollars to have this gate installed and now we can't even get ahold of them to fix their installation mistake. Looking through our correspondence with the company we contacted them a total of 8 times about the gate shifting. They came out and corrected their work 7 times, but we were unable to reach them after contacting them for the 8th time. We hired this project out because we trusted professionals to understand what is needed to correctly install a large gate including drainage in the area.
