We had an amazing experience with Alex. He responded to my initial inquiry in just a couple of hours. Provided an estimate using photos I provided and told me he'd be in touch the following week to formally schedule an appointment. He followed through on his promise - a rare thing in the construction industry. We had a couple of weather delays but Alex was communicative and kept me informed on his plans. Update 02-05-24: the business loses 1 star from me as Alex didn't keep his word to come back and attend to an area that was missed. If you look at the pics, the work Alex did for me is inside the blue tape. The dull sections belong to my neighbors. I really appreciated Alex. He gave me an estimate over the phone. He then scheduled a day to come and actually examined what needed to be done. When he arrived, he adjusted the cost of the job. It ended up being less expensive. He came when he said he would. His pricing was very reasonable, and you can tell he takes real pride in his work—he even shared that ironwork runs in his family. As a small business owner based right here in Rogers Park, Alex is a true craftsman and a great local resource.
