Quick and easy scheduling. Very thorough inspection with video where necessary for sound or visualization if you aren’t able to do a walk through. Very good recommendations and caught things not noticed during home tour. Pricing was great for how quickly they were able to do the inspection. 10/10 would recommend to anybody purchasing a home!
It was a pleasure working with Brantley. He was so readily available with our home inspection and was very knowledgeable. The inspection report and his recommendations were top notch. I highly recommend him to anyone wanting to get a home inspection so you know all about it before you buy it, it's worth the money. He went into every nook and cranny he could fit in or stick a camera in. He crawled under our crawl space and looked at everything. He climbed into the attic, he climbed on the roof. He really looked at everything and his recommendations were wonderful.
Brantly was great! He has a great eye for both the big and small things. Having him inspect our new construction, gave us great peace of mind before closing. Definitely would recommend!

Working with Iron Buck Inspections was great. They were so very easy to work with. I felt the Inspection was thorough and helpful. The report i received was very informative with what was checked along with explanations and included pictures and videos of issues.
