iRevive helped me avert a Macbook crisis. My laptop stop charging with the power box/cable. My time today was limited but I called and setup an appointment. The customer service was OUTSTANDING!!! A quick test was done and the initial thoughts were my power box/cable weren't stable. A diagnostic was done and the crisis was averted with me buying a new power box. PHEW!!! Next time my laptop (or phone) gives me issues, I will absolutely make iRevive my first choice. Thanks iRevive for the great customer experience today.

Extremely quick turn time. Extremely kind and helpful staff. Extremely knowledgeable techs. I could slap my own self in the face for not knowing about them for the past 9 years as I have been a Mac user since 2005.
I had 5 -6 key issues on my daughter's 2018 Macbook Air that were fixed without issue. The fan was running too long and after a quick check they found that the battery needed replacement. It now works like it was band new.
I also had a battery replaced in my 11" iPad Pro (Which I love)....and now that works like a champ....
I will be doing business with iRevive far into the future.
