Irayalis Auto Service

I went in to get a quote for an A/C compressor for my 99 Toyota Tacoma. While communicating with Irayalis, she made me feel comfortable with allowing her to service my vehicle. She was very professional and knowledgeable when answering my questions. She also communicated with ease about what was needed and how long it would take. The service was reasonably priced and once she finished my vehicle she was helpful in pointing out some suggested reairs. My AC runs great. I would highly recommend Irayalis Auto Shop for anyone looking for a mechanic who is who is honest, fair, knowledgeable, and professional.

Our family was on a road trip from NYC to myrtle beach when a wheel bearing blew leaving our Tahoe disable in Goldsboro NC. It being a Saturday at 1 pm most mechanic shops were closed for the weekend leaving us very little options. Irayalis stayed open for us waiting for the car to be towed in, they ordered the parts and fixed the vehicle and we were back on the road in 4 hours from the time the car broke down till we pulled away. Remarkable service!!!! They saved our road trip and they were priced correctly. Many thanks!!! Highly Recommend!!!!

Rude, arrogant, and insulting. The owner treated me like i was stupid. I know more about cars than she ever will. On top of being an engineer, and replacing motors, trannys, and loads of front end parts on my own cars. She tried to play a guessing game to repair my car to the tune of $1,000 (for one bad coil) and then got mad when i called her out and called me stupid. Then she tried to charge me for “diagnosing” what the problem was, even thought i told her what the problem was when i dropped it off

Irayalis is a very good mechanic! My car has had multiple issues and she has always been very helpful of making sure that those issues were resolved. She does her best to try to work with you money wise as well! if your car is going through something and no one seems to know what the issue is, take it to her! you won’t regret it.

My mom lives in North Carolina and was having some car issues. She was very worried about having her car repaired by an honest mechanic. And with me being in another state, made it difficult for me to directly help her. But I was able to find this particular shop online and referred my mom there. Her experience was so wonderful! My mom was grateful to have Ms Irayalis patiently wait for her to arrive with the vehicle and admired on how Irayalis fixed her car with care.
