I had such a great experience at iPhone Pros in Las Cruces. I went in originally just to ask about a battery and screen replacement, and instead walked out with an iPhone 13 (128 GB) for an amazing price. The phone has 89% battery health, all original Apple parts, and had never been taken apart — everything was explained clearly and honestly. You can really tell he knows his stuff and cares about doing right by people, not just making a quick sale. I was referred here by ChatGPT and mentioned that when I came in, and I truly feel like I was treated generously and fairly. This is one of those rare places where you leave feeling grateful and... I went here to get my iphone screen fixed. The day after I got it fixed my phone totally quit working, the screen kept glitching and wouldn’t even turn on. Just spend the money to get it professionally fixed, DO NOT RECOMMEND.
