Invisible Fence of Springfield, Missouri, was our choice for an invisible fence to “fence in” Abbie, our Bernedoodle. We have minimal traffic, and our fence has functioned flawlessly for the past five years since its installation.
However, there was an exception when we had fiber internet installed. I contacted the Invisible Fence of Springfield’s office and scheduled an appointment for Doug, the installer, to come out and repair the loop around our yard, which the ISP had cut in two places.
Doug skillfully located the breaks, spliced them neatly, and had Abbie back up and “zooming” around in no time. Five star service from beginning to present. They walked us through the entire process of how the fence will operate, be installed, and offered initial training and tips to familiarize our dogs with the new boundaries. The cost was reasonable and we have zero regrets.
Two years ago, we installed the Boundary Plus system for our 2, Labrador Retrievers (about 6 months old at the the time of installation) and our Beagle who was 15 yrs old. Since then, sadly, our Beagle passed but we have added two more Labrador Retrievers to our family. They have gone way beyond a basic level of dedication to providing a quality product & ongoing customer service. We could not be more pleased with how well this has worked for our dogs. This system provides us with a safe solution of reliable protection while also allowing them access to 3 acres of our large property for their enjoyment. It is important to understand that you have to follow basic training instructions and work with your dog between trainings with your customer service team. If you make the small and reasonable commitment to do your part (trainings and maintaining the batteries in the collars), you will have complete success. This is key to the best outcome. It was less expensive than the traditional fencing and took one day to install. Our yard was not torn up and all necessary parts & equipment were functional when the job was completed. Simply put, everyone who we have dealt with has demonstrated a high level of professionalism. We highly recommend this business.

The Invisible fence company is the best!!! I actually had called another company at first and had them scheduled to come do an install after a move, however the guy that ran that company was kind of rude when I called to ask questions. My cousin had recently used invisible fence so we called and spoke with Ashley and she was amazing and was able to accommodate the same previous scheduled time as the other company. Doug was wonderful and very helpful in completing the install and helping me to train the dogs afterwards. I highly recommended this company!
