Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Sarah is rude and acts like you are bothering her anytime you call to spend money with them. My company is forced to do business here with contracts that we have with our suppliers so I have no choice. The owner is nice and helpful but Sarah is usually the only one there to answer the phone so you get the worst service possible. Sarah needs to understand that she is not the only one overworked and shorthanded and that is no reason to take it out on a customer. We are all just trying to do our job and keep our customers up and running. Delays from suppliers hurt all of us including... Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Keep up the poor customer service and she won't have anyone bothering her anymore as you will loose all of your customers. If I had a choice, I would buy somewhere else.
