Took my 30+ year old Rolex submariner to Roy for repair and apparently it was a main spring only, and although it took a few months to repair due to parts, he did an outstanding job and polished it, and the bracelet came out looking like brand new. Roy has over 30 years experience with Rolex and did a very professional job. Will highly recommend! Although I hope I don’t have to, I would definitely return, my Rolex will keep on ticking now. Thanks, Roy!

I found Roy through Google search and was surprised to find his little shop upstairs behind a buzz in door above a bustling NY diamond district type establishment. Being my first time, I didn't know what to expect. I was bringing three 30-year-old or older Seiko watches to get looked at and hopefully get fixed or get batteries put in. When I got there I was the only one and they immediately took my watches and Roy looked at them and before I knew it, he came to the counter and he had already put in the batteries for two of them. I mean it was just that quick. I think it was $15 a battery for 2 of my watches. Unfortunately my favorite, the thi... Being my first time, I didn't know what to expect. I was bringing three 30-year-old or older Seiko watches to get looked at and hopefully get fixed or get batteries put in. When I got there I was the only one and they immediately took my watches and Roy looked at them and before I knew it, he came to the counter and he had already put in the batteries for two of them. I mean it was just that quick. I think it was $15 a battery for 2 of my watches. Unfortunately my favorite, the third watch had been destroyed by a leaky battery. He told me it was a deep six and threw it in the trash. I don't know, it was hard throwing away something that meant a lot to me but I'm glad he told me to throw it away andI just trusted him when he told me it just wouldn't be worth it for me to have the timepiece fixed as it would be too costly.. I'm glad he told me to do it and I'm glad I threw it away. I think it's good to have someone who knows what they're doing who is honest and who tells you straight up and he doesn't try to take your money unnecessarily. It was a really good experience for me. In the time I was waiting, a small line had formed. He's pretty busy and from what I can see he does quite a bit of work on a lot of different watches. I'm really upset that I let one of my watches die but he told me not to let that happen again and made sure I knew to come back in in about 2 years and to wear my watches. I mean it's pretty basic information but it's always nice to have someone who really cares. You can stand there and see him work although it's hard to see exactly what he's doing behind his desk unless you're very tall. But you can see that he's honest and you can make sure that you can always keep an eye on your jewelry if that's a concern for you. I can't say that he does all his work while you wait and I'm sure there are items that you may have to leave for him. It was just nice that he took me immediately. I never expected that. I'll definitely be back and I'll definitely recommend him. This is an honest review. You can see my other reviews and can see that I don't give every establishment five stars.

I dropped off two of my grandfathers watches at International Watch & Clock Repairs in January of 2023. Was told on initial drop off that it would take anywhere from 6-8 weeks. To get repaired. These are older watches and parts for these are not commonly in circulation which all was understood to me. Two months go by after the 6-8 week period, and I call to check up on Roy and his progress. He indicated he was still waiting on parts. This continued to be what he said when I would call monthly to check up on them. Come end of August of 2024 I was at the point where I wanted the watches back. I had indicated to Roy that I just wanted them bac... I visited on Tuesday the following week and demanded the watches back otherwise I would file a police report. Well, I got them back but the one that was ready was “unfixed” as Roy was offended by me questioning the integrity of his buisness. The fact he was able to “unfix” them so quickly in front of me shows how little time was required to fix them once the parts were in-front of him. In the end I received my watches back unfixed and will most likely never get them fixed because of my poor experience. Im sure Roy is fully capable of fixing watches and most likely is very experienced. I although would not go back to utilize his services or recommend bringing any older watch over 20 years to him.
